Production Processes

Medicheck is one of the highest capacity radiopharmaceutical manufacturers with three medical particle accelerators (PETTrace 890) and automatic synthesis - dispensing systems in its production facility.

Molecules are labeled with the produced radioisotopes using fully automated synthesis systems that provide high reliability and efficiency.

Dispensing process of the marked radiopharmaceutical is carried out at high speed using a six-axis robotic system with minimal operator intervention. Depending on the nature of the labeled molecule, aseptic or terminal sterilization is applied.

The Medicheck plant is equipped with devices that can perform chemical and microbiological analyzes of finished products with precise analysis results in a very short time.

Auxiliary and Support Processes

Radiopharmaceutical products cannot be stocked due to their short expiration times. For this reason, production and delivery in the desired quantity and on time is of great importance. The high uptime depends not only on the production equipment, but also on the quality of the utility components. Therefore, the utility components of the Medicheck plant are high-tech systems with reserve capacity to ensure production is not interrupted in any way.
